How We Are
MarketSense is an independent Moscow-based full-service agency, established in December 2004. We are a highly experienced and creative bilingual team, combining local and cross-cultural research expertise. Reliable partner to both research agencies and manufacturers for already 13 years, working with top-tier international and local clients.

Our key people work in research since its foundation in Russia in the mid 90-s, hold Ph.Ds in sociology, social psychology, are speakers at international and local conferences, and are recognized leaders in market and social research.
Our company is a Corporate member of ESOMAR since this membership foundation, which ensures full awareness and compliance with industry latest quality and ethics requirements. MarketSense is a member of OIROM – Russian association, uniting 20 of the largest research players, and has OIROM quality certificate, based on the international standards ISO 20252. We are also members of the organizing committee of Russian Research Week: the biggest annual research event in Russian Federation.
We offer our clientele extended recruitment opportunities: we recruit low-incidence targets, industry experts, affluent audience, and celebrities. Our branded system of qualitative online tools “MarketSense Interactive” keeps in line with latest technological trends. The system allows to carry out online forums and mobile ethnography, manage communities/diaries, and realize online screening of respondents. Another branded solution is a creativity-stimulating research program “Creativity Funnel”, including sequence of stages for stimulating insights and idea generation in qualitative research.
We offer Focus-Vision along with other web-streaming opportunities in any part of the world. Since September 2015 MarketSense holds a status of registered operator of personal data. Beneficially for our clients, all data obtained during research is stored on our local server, which is a requirement of Russian law.
