If the RFQ is for a pitch, for working out budgets or for a project for which the methodology is not yet cast in stone, and you need a quotation urgently, the “Quick & Easy” option could suit you. This allows you to upload your RFQ immediately for service providers to bid online.
If you need a more detailed quotation or prefer to upload a brief, you can use the RFQ Template. This is ideal when you need a breakdown of costs for a project that is near launch.

If you need quotations fast without a detailed breakdown of cost then “Quick & Easy” is your best option. Simply specify your requirements below and the details are posted immediately for bidders to share their quotations. You can review them conveniently on a webpage designated for your project.

Upload or Template for Detailed Quoations
If your project has already developed and it is near-ready for launch, use the template below or simply upload your brief.
The template will guide you to specify the details vendors need to prepare their rates. You will receive detailed quotations by email in Excel format. This option is ideal for multi-country studies and project for which you need a breakdown of cost.
