My Quotations

In the table below you find the projects for which you have quoted. This is a private page and only you and the client can view your rates. We update progress of quotations on a regular basis and maintain this list for all bids dating back one full year. Sometimes even longer. Rates shown are per interview or group, excluding optional services such as translation, and are in US Dollars.

Some clarifications regarding the status of quotations:
 

• Aborted: the client cancelled the survey, it proved not feasible or the client demanded unacceptable payment terms.
• Closed: the quotation has expired (older than 3 months) and/or the client is unresponsive to follow-ups.
• Lost: either the client did not win the project or commissioned the survey to an agency outside of the WRA network.
• Missed: the survey was commissioned, but another WRA agency received the assignment.
• Won: you received the engagement.
• Pending: awaiting a decision from the client.
• Parked: no new developments for quite some time. Parked until the validity date expires.

We provide feedback on your quotation in the “%>Lowest” (value percentage higher than lowest rate) column. If your score is 0% you offer the most competitive price or you are the sole bidder. This is purely based on pricing and does not take into account the credentials of the bidder, which are being considered by clients but that are too complicated to share in the list format below.
