Description

Zen Research was the first agency in Myanmar to offer comprehensive online and offline CAPI for data collection in quantatative surveys. We have not offered PAPI since 2013, the only agency to do so in Myanmar. We pride ourselves on our meticulous and uncompromising approach to quality control in all our fieldwork activities, which has over the years ensured a strong and lasting relationship with agencies including Ipsos and Rakuten, as well as some of the world’s most prominent brands.

We continue to run trackers for many global brands including Coca Cola, Samsung and Colgate. As an independent research agency, Zen Research continues to achieve steady growth and is constantly adapting to the changing landscape in Myanmar. Our particular strengths include large scale CAPI surveys (we script in-house and have considerable experience with SurveyToGo, Dimensions and iField), qualitative methodologies including focus groups, IDIs, home visits, ethnographies, as well as a broad range of healthcare research methodologies. Our team is spread throughout Myanmar and we regularly conduct data collection in all areas of the country.
