A “session” is typically an interview or group discussion. Occasionally this may also be an hour’s worth of fieldwork.
“W” in the methodology refers to “web”, implying online.
A “session” is typically an interview or group discussion. Occasionally this may also be an hour’s worth of fieldwork.
We derive the session rate by dividing the total survey value by the number of sessions and it is therefore inclusive of all services – except optional ones – including non-variable costs for tasks such as project management, reporting etc. In case of a combination of methodologies, fixed costs for a project are distributed in accordance with the number of sessions. The displayed rates are always in US Dollars even if you quoted in a different currency.
We provide feedback about your rates in the column “+/-% Median”. This compares your offer against the median from all quotations we received for the same project. If the percentage is positive, your fee is higher. A zero rating may mean you were the only one to bid for the survey.
