Thank you for your interest in bidding on this project. You will find the survey specification below, followed by a form where you can enter your rates.

Immediately after you submit the form, your offer will be available for the client to review online. To keep things clear and consistent, each bid should cover one country with one survey method only. For multiple locations or methods, please submit separate offers. If the specification is complex, you are welcome to email your offer in your own costing format to online@world-research-alliance.com.

For transparency, the form shows the fee WRA will charge the client based on our standard 5% commission. The client can choose a “direct” service, where WRA simply monitors the survey, or a “managed” service, where WRA handles selected tasks such as data management, quality assurance, and client service instead of your team. The “managed” service is more relevant for surveys involving multiple teams across countries. The table below explains in more detail.

When completing the form, please do not include contact details or your agency name. The offer is presented to the client as a joint WRA collaboration, and including these details may lead to your quotation being annulled. Thank you for your understanding.

    CONFIRM SCOPE OF WORK

    For which location will you submit a quotation? Typically this will be the country, but it can be a city if the RFQ requires a quotation by population centre instead of for the country as a whole. You can quote for one location with one methodology at a time.

    If you are quoting for more than one location/methodology, please repeat a submission for each separately.

    If you are not willing or it is not possible to separate out incentives, recruitment and interviewing/moderating, please enter the combined figure under "recruitment" or interviewing/moderating", whichever represents the higher service level and zero out values for the preceding tasks included in the combined fee.
