Description

During the recruitment process we always respect the following rules:

  • Always try to have a face to face discussion with the respondents not only over the phone.
  • Better to have 6 good respondents in group, than 8 with 2 not in the criteria or not talkative.
  • Always over-recruit (at least 20%) in case of no-show.
  • Always remind the respondent of his or her participation in the group the day before and the morning of the group (by phone).
  • For Automotive project, we do not recruit a person if he or she does not have a car registration during the recruitment process.
