My Bids

In the table below you find the projects for which we have submitted a quotation. This is a private page and only you can view the rates offered to you. We update progress of our quotations on a regular basis and maintain this list for all of our bids dating back one full year.

The displayed fees are based on our best pick from the WRA subscriber with the best fit for the project: whose offer was the more compelling in terms of cost, quality of response and credentials. “# Bids” informs you how many different quotations we received from our subscribers for the project.

Some clarifications regarding the status of quotations:
 

• Aborted: you cancelled the survey, it proved not feasible or there is a disagreement about business terms.
• Closed: the quotation has expired (older than 3 months) and/or there is no response to our follow-ups.
• Lost: either you did not win the project or you commissioned the survey to a vendor outside of the WRA network.
• Won: we received the engagement.
• Pending: awaiting your decision.

A “session” is typically an interview or group discussion. Occasionally this may also be an hour’s worth of fieldwork.

The “Best Unit US$” is derived by dividing the total survey value by the number of sessions and it is therefore inclusive of all services – except optional ones – including non-variable costs from tasks such as project management, reporting etc. The displayed rates are always in US Dollars even if we quoted in a different currency.
