This is a survey to understand usage and attitudes among warehouse managers towards fleet management systems for forklifts.

Target Respondents
For the purpose of the quotation, assume an IR of 40% of the warehousing population.
- Warehouse managers or regional managers with responsibility for fleet management systems (FMS).
- Minimum of 30 forklift trucks at the location. Electrified manual pallet trucks, class 3.1, should not dominate the fleet
- Sample split favours warehouses using a FMS.
- At least 42% of respondents need to be familiar with pricing of FMS.
- Only one interview per company.

- The main task is recruitment with moderating an option.
- The discussions to be screen recorded.
- LoI is 60 minutes.
- Reruitment through free find.
- Assume this to be a blind survey.
Sample and Distribution of Respondents
The survey has a quota for a specific (as yet to be confirmed) brand of FMS set against a competitor. For the purpose of this quotation, assume an IR of 40%. Good industry mix, including Transport & Logistics, Food & Beverage Retail, E-Commerce / Consumer Retail, Industrial Production.
Canada
- Option 1: Total of 12 IDIs with FMS users.
- Option 2: Total of 8 IDIs with FMS users.
United States
- Option 1: Total of 48 IDIs of which 40 with FMS users and 8 with non-users.
- Option 2: Total of 36 IDIs of which 28 with FMS users and 8 with non-users.
Deliverables
Without moderating: no tactile outputs. Service only. With moderating: screen recordings.
