This survey is about project management among MNCs in any industry from initiation to execution. There are three primary sample groups serving different research purposes.
Research Locations
No regional quotas, but should focus on major population centres.
Target Respondents
Tier 1: Core Evaluators
These roles are responsible for project delivery and organisational oversight. Global coverage is essential.
- Project Managers: Responsible for defining the strategy, roadmap, features and success of a product, including developing the release process and coordinating the activities of teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support, to bring a product to market.
- Program Managers: responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, and in many (most) cases, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective. Generally responsible for the sharing of resources among constituent projects as well as stakeholder management.
- PMO Leaders/Directors: senior leaders are those with contributions to project management guidelines or training, such as project management directors, heads of learning & development, HR leaders, etc.
- Portfolio Managers: responsible for all or a subset of an organisation’s projects and their alignment with organisational strategic objectives. Responsible for org-wide integration of consistent project management methodologies and terminology, interacting with senior managers.
These respodents are professionals who directly manage, oversee, or are accountable for projects, programs, portfolios, or PM governance, including titles such as: Project Manager (all levels), Program Manager, Portfolio Manager, PMO Director/Leader.
Tier 2: Strategy–Execution Counterparts
These roles interact with project teams and help explain alignment gaps.
- Project Sponsors.
- Organization Executives.
- Functional Leads / Department Heads.
- Individual Project Contributors (Consumer base it on 25% Incidence).
- Internal End Users / Business Customers (Consumer base it on 25% Incidence).
These respondents are professionals who:
- Provide strategic direction, funding, or oversight for projects, OR
- Lead functional teams that support project delivery (e.g., IT, HR, Operations, Marketing), OR
- Contribute to project execution as a team member, OR
- Are internal business users/customers impacted by a project.
Tier 3: Value Recipients
Consumers/citizens (consumer base it on 25% incidence). These respondents are general population adults who have experienced a significant change in the past 12 months due to:
- A new product/service (consumer), OR
- A public/infrastructure or government initiative (citizen).
General population sourcing only.
Research Methodology
- CAWI.
- LoI = 15 minutes.
- The online questionnaire will be in local language: French and English.
- Recruitment through free-find, including panel or existing database.
- Basic PII required.
