This survey is about satisfaction among receiving eCommerce consumers of shipments from specific courier services and delivery efficiency in particular.

Target Respondents
500 completed questionnaires per country from consumers who have received at least one shipment from a specific courier company in the past 30 days.
- 500 consumers in Spain who received packages from CTT (estimated maximum IR 8%).
- 500 consumers in France who received packages from Colissimo (estimated maximum IR 30%).
- 500 consumers in Hong Kong who received packages from J&T Express (estimated maximum IR 22%).
- 500 consumers in Mexico who received packages from J&T Express (estimated maximum IR 8%).
- 500 consumers in Singapore who received packages from J&T Express (estimated maximum IR 20%).
- 500 consumers in United States who received packages from Uniuni (estimated maximum IR 6%).
No demographic or geographic quotas.
Research Methodology
- CAWI.
- LoI = 10 minutes.
- The online questionnaire will be in local language.
- Recruitment through free-find, including panel or existing database.
- No PII required.
Please note that this survey will consist of 4 waves per annum. Respondents who completed one wave may also participate in subsequent ones.
