Organisations
- Small business with 1-9 employees.
- No quotas by business activity or industry.
Respondents
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Gender mix.
- Must have a Gmail email account.
- Decision maker - owner or manager - for a business with 1-9 employees.
- Uses productivity tools at work. These are software applications, platforms, or systems designed to help individuals and teams work more efficiently, stay organised, and manage time or projects effectively.
- Must use a smartphone for work. In Japan, South Korea and the US, a mix of iPhone and Android. In the remaining countries, Android only.
- Must be interested in AI. No detractors. Mix of AI novices versus proficient/advanced users.
- Must be willing to entertain the idea of participating in a follow-up exercise. This involves accessing an application to complete some testing tasks and log experiences. Respondents must at least be open to this idea to be eligible for questionnaire completion, but they need not confirm participation in the sequel when completing the questionnaire. If they refuse, the completed questionnaire still counts as successful. A separate introduction to it will follow later with further details including incentives, at which point they can decide.
Research Methodology
- CAWI.
- LoI = 15 minutes.
- The online questionnaire will be in local language.
- Recruitment through free-find, including panel or existing database.
Sample
- N=150-250 per country.
- You can quote for a sample size you believe to be feasible, as long as it is within this range.
Quality Assurance
- This survey requires limited PII in the form of name and email address.
- We can arrange an NDI to ensure that this information is purely for QA and will not be used for any other purpose beyond the survey.
