Research Topic
This is qualitative survey about end-user distribution boards, residential electrical panels, units and enclosures in newly constructed or renovated homes, including single family homes (SFH) and multi-family homes (MFH).
Research Locations
- Greece.
- Spread between Athens (60%) and smaller town (40%).
Target Respondents
Organsations
- 12 small to mid-size residential electrical installation businesses.
Respondents
- Mix in experience of electricians from veteran to apprentice.
- Mix of owners and installers (minimum of 4 each).
- If possible, including female electricians on a best effort basis.
- Must have experience across SFHs and MFHs.
- Multi-brand users for electrical units.
- Participants should be comfortable with anonymised note-taking/recording.
Research Methodology
- On-premise IDIs (the installers' business premises).
- Includes light contextual/observational elements and workshop walk-throughs: e.g., configurator tools, parts lists, photos of typical installations.
- Moderation in Greek.
- LoI: 90 minutes.
- Options for audio-recording only versus video.
- Option for web-streaming through web-meeting app.
- Option for simultaneous translation GR->EN.
- English transcripts optional.
- Recruitment through free-find.
