Measure the AI efficiency gap across large enterprises in India and selected other APAC countries; understand the technical and organisational barriers restricting AI value realisation, and benchmark performance through an AI Efficiency Index.

- There are no regional quotas within each country but assume the survey requires a good geographical spread of respondents.
Target Respondents
- CXOs, CIOs and CTOs of large companies only with more than 500 employees.
- Industries: Telecom, Healthcare, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, Media & Entertainment.
Research Methodology
- CATI or online personal interviewing (WAPI), using a web meeting app. A combination of the two is also possible.
- LoI is 20 minutes.
- The survey uses a structured questionnaire with a generous helping of open-ended questions.
- In India and Malaysia the questionnaire will be in English. In Japan and Thailand it will be in Japanese and Thai respectively.
- The client programs and hosts the questionnaire.
- Recruitment through free-find including from a consumer panel or any other database.
Sample
- The sample size is at your discretion and depends on what you consider feasible in each market.
Quality Control
- Ensuring respondents are who they claim to be in terms of screening criteria.
- Minimum of 30% call-backs per interviewer.
- The client provides access to responses for QA and progress tracking purposes.
