  • Tech savviness: mix of beginner to advanced.
  • Age groups: 18–24 years (students, early professionals) and 25–40 years (working professionals, freelancers, creators).
  • Must have an HP laptop for personal use or for gaming purposes.

Research Methodology

  • Online IDIs.
  • Expected duration of IDIs averages 60 minutes.
  • Screen recorded.
  • This is a recruitment assignment only. The client handles the moderating and web meeting platform.
  • Recruitment through free-find.

Total number of online IDIs is 3.

  • Gender: Male: 2; female: 1.
  • Age: 18-24: 2; 25-40: 1.
  • HP usage: primarily for personal use: 2; primarily for gaming 1.
  • Purchased HP laptop: within the past year: 2; more than one year ago: 1.
